We hope that the information below will answer some of the questions you may have about placing an order with Chotki.com!
 SECURE PAYPAL ORDERING:
Our shopping cart is provided by PayPal and all transactions are securely processed by them. This is our preferred way of payment. However, for those of you without a PayPal account, we also offer the possibility of paying by Credit Card, through 2CheckOut.com (2CO). Please be confident that your payment information is kept safe during your online shopping.
SHIPPING INFORMATION:
Shipping & handling is $1 per order, regardless of how many prayer ropes or silver-plated icons you buy. We ship worldwide by AirMail, so you should receive your order by your own national postal service, such as USPS for the United States, or "Canada Post" for Canada.
MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNT:
Our minimum order amount is $20. Therefore, if you're interested in the 33 knot prayer ropes, please make sure you buy at least two pieces. They don't need to be the same type, it's all right if you buy one with a red bead and one with a metallic cross. Or you may buy a single 33 knot model, plus a 50 knot model, for example. You decide. What's important is that your order amount is at least $20.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY:
You may return any product sold by Chotki.com for a full refund, but please note that you must do that in no more than 10 days from the date of your purchase. Any return postage incurred is your responsibility. Please notify us prior to requesting a refund.
